Terms & Conditions

  1. Who We Are and What This Agreement Covers

The 175 Project (“the Membership”) is operated by Conscious Consultants Limited  (“we”, “us”, “our”), based in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at team@175project.com.

These terms form the agreement between you and us when you purchase a membership through our website. They cover your membership, our community spaces (including our Facebook Group), live events such as speaker sessions, and any content we provide to members. Our Privacy Policy and Code of Conduct form part of this agreement.

  1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or over to join. By purchasing a membership you confirm that you are, and that the information you provide is accurate.

  1. Your Account

You’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. Memberships are personal — one membership, one member. Please don’t share your login; if we detect account sharing we may suspend the account while we sort it out with you.

  1. Fees, Payment, and Renewal

Standard membership: £25 per month, or £250 per year. Monthly plans are billed on the same date each month; annual plans are billed once per year on your join date.

Founding membership: The first 100 members to join do so at a founding rate of £175.00 per year. This founding rate is held for the lifetime of your continuous membership — as long as you remain a member without interruption, your price won’t rise to the standard rate. If you cancel and later rejoin, standard pricing applies, and the founding rate is only available while founding places remain.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Both plans renew automatically until you cancel. We’ll always email a receipt, and for annual memberships we’ll send a reminder before your renewal date.

If a payment fails, we’ll retry and let you know. If it still fails after [7] days, your access may be paused until payment is sorted — no hard feelings, and nothing is deleted.

We may change our prices from time to time. If we do, we’ll give existing members at least 30 days’ notice by email before any new price applies to them, and you can cancel before it takes effect. Founding members keep their founding rate for the lifetime of their continuous membership, as set out above.

  1. Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of joining without giving a reason.

Because your membership starts immediately — you get access to the community and content straight away — you’re asking us to begin the service within the cooling-off period. That means:

  • If you cancel within the 14 days, you’ll receive a full refund minus a proportionate amount for the days of access you’ve already had.
  • Example: cancel an annual membership after 7 days, and we’d refund the annual fee less 7 days’ worth.

To cancel within the cooling-off period, email team@175project.com with a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You can use the model cancellation form at the end of these terms, but you don’t have to.

  1. Cancelling After the Cooling-Off Period

You can cancel at any time — no phone calls, no retention scripts, no guilt.

  • Monthly members: cancel via your account page or by emailing us. Your membership continues until the end of your current billing month, then stops. No further payments, no partial-month refunds.
  • Annual members: cancel the same way. Your membership continues until the end of your current annual period, then stops. We don’t refund the unused portion of an annual membership outside the cooling-off period — the annual price is discounted on the understanding it’s a year’s commitment.

And in the spirit of everything we stand for: leaving isn’t failing. Come back whenever it suits you.

  1. What Your Membership Includes

Membership gives you access to the members’ community, our weekly prompts and rituals, live speaker sessions and any recordings we make available, and member content and resources we publish during your membership.

We’re always improving things, so the exact features may evolve. We may add, change, or retire individual features, provided the overall membership isn’t materially reduced. If we ever make a change that significantly reduces what you’re paying for, we’ll tell you in advance and you can cancel before it takes effect.

Live events run at scheduled times; we can’t guarantee every session will be recorded, and occasionally sessions may be rescheduled or a speaker may change.

  1. Community Standards

Our Code of Conduct sets out how we treat each other, and it’s part of this agreement. The essentials: no shaming, no selling, no hate or harassment, and what’s shared in the community stays in the community.

If you breach the Code of Conduct, we follow the process set out in it (a private word, then a warning, then removal) — except for serious breaches (hate speech, harassment, scams, sharing members’ private posts externally), where we may remove you immediately. If you’re removed for a breach, we don’t refund the remaining membership period.

  1. Content and Intellectual Property

Our content — everything we create for the membership (guides, emails, graphics, session recordings, prompts, branding) — belongs to us or our licensors. You’re welcome to use it for your own personal development while you’re a member. You may not copy, share, republish, resell, or use it commercially, and please don’t share recordings or member content outside the community.

Your content — anything you post in the community remains yours. By posting, you give us a non-exclusive licence to display it within the community spaces. We won’t use your posts in marketing or anywhere public without asking you first.

Speakers’ content belongs to the individual speakers. Session recordings are for members’ personal use only.

  1. Health and Wellbeing Disclaimer

This one matters, so please read it.

The 175 Project is a community and self-improvement programme — not medical, mental health, fitness, nutrition, or financial advice. The five pillars involve activities like exercise and meditation which you undertake at your own judgement and risk.

  • Before starting any new exercise practice, check with a GP or qualified professional if you have any health conditions, injuries, or concerns.
  • Content shared by us, by speakers, or by other members reflects personal experience and general information, not professional advice tailored to you.
  • If you’re struggling with your physical or mental health, please speak to a qualified professional. The community can cheer you on — it can’t treat you.
  1. Our Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else that can’t be excluded under UK law — and nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Beyond that, our total liability to you in connection with your membership is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We’re not liable for losses that weren’t foreseeable, for issues caused by third-party services we don’t control (such as Facebook or your internet connection), or for the actions or advice of other members or guest speakers.

  1. Suspension and Termination by Us

We may suspend or end your membership if you breach these terms or the Code of Conduct (see section 8), if required by law, or if we close the Membership entirely. If we close the Membership or terminate your membership other than for a breach, we’ll refund the unused portion of anything you’ve paid.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. For meaningful changes we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice by email, and if you don’t agree with a change you can cancel before it takes effect. Continuing to use the membership after a change takes effect means you accept it.

  1. General
  • If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
  • These terms are between you and us — no one else can enforce them.
  • We may transfer this agreement to another organisation (for example if the business changes structure); your rights won’t be reduced if we do.
  1. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

If you have a complaint, email [CONTACT EMAIL] first — we genuinely want to fix things directly. You may also be able to contact Citizens Advice for guidance on your consumer rights.
